Consulting Opportunity - Election Support in Timor-Leste

We are looking for someone part time – approximately 30 days – who is fluent in Tetum/Bahasa, and has some democracy and governance experience as well as a working knowledge of evaluation/assessment work. Our methodology involves several focus groups and interviews, monitoring news outlets for election information and other civil society activities. We anticipate that work will begin in January 2012 with an initial two week data gathering trip with two senior evaluators. The endline data collection will be in (approximately) July 2012.
