ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER - 5 months EDC PAS Program
Education Development Center (EDC) seeks an Administrative Officer for the Program Prepara Ami ba Serbisu (PAS). The candidate should be a highly motivated, dedicated person with prior work experience to fill a 5 month position starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: Preparing staff attendance sheet, managing asset lists and supplies inventory, booking travel, manage procurement, ensures generator and equipment are properly maintained. Conducts a regular check of the fuel, oil and water level, and processing visas and other correspondence.
Knowledge, skill and experience required for Administrative Officer position
- At least 1 year of administration experience, previous working experience in USAID project is advantage.
- Fluent in Tetum and English desirable
- Bachelor degree is advantage
